Terms of service

Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 20, 2026

1. Agreement Between You and BRUMELVA

Welcome to BRUMELVA.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BRUMELVA website, online store, product pages, checkout system, customer account features, communications, and related services.

Throughout these Terms:

  • “BRUMELVA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this online store.

  • “Website,” “Store,” and “Services” refer to our website and the shopping, informational, support, and transactional features made available through it.

  • “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, account holder, or person using the Services.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Please stop using the Services if you do not accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence to make a purchase independently.

If you allow a minor to browse the Website or use a device, account, or payment method under your control, you are responsible for supervising that activity.

You may use the Services only for lawful personal or household purposes.

3. Changes to the Services

We may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or Services when reasonably necessary.

Product availability, Website functions, payment options, promotions, and customer-account features may change over time.

We do not guarantee that every feature or product will remain available permanently.

4. Customer Accounts

Some Website features may allow or require you to create a customer account.

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for updating your information when it changes.

You are also responsible for:

  • Keeping your password and login information confidential

  • Restricting access to devices connected to your account

  • Reviewing activity conducted through your account

  • Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access

You may not sell, transfer, assign, sublicense, or make your customer account available to another person.

We may restrict or suspend an account when we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

5. Product Descriptions

BRUMELVA makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate product information.

Descriptions may include:

  • Product dimensions

  • Materials and finishes

  • Colors and variations

  • Assembly requirements

  • Weight and capacity information

  • Care instructions

  • Included components

  • Lifestyle and product photographs

Furniture colors, wood grain, texture, finish, and appearance may vary slightly because of natural material differences, manufacturing batches, lighting, photography, and device-display settings.

Minor measurement differences may also occur because of manufacturing tolerances or the method used to measure the product.

Such reasonable variations do not automatically mean that a product is defective.

6. Product Images and Room Settings

Images showing products in furnished rooms may include decorative objects, accessories, rugs, lighting, or other items that are not included with the product.

Only items expressly identified in the product description are included in the purchase.

Room-setting photographs are intended to illustrate styling and approximate scale. Customers should rely on the published product measurements when determining whether an item will fit their space.

7. Furniture Measurements and Access

Before placing an order, you are responsible for confirming that the product and its shipping package can pass through the intended access route.

Please measure:

  • Exterior and interior doorways

  • Hallways and corners

  • Staircases and landings

  • Elevators

  • Building entrances

  • Room access points

  • The intended placement area

A product supplied in the size ordered is not considered defective solely because it cannot pass through a doorway, staircase, elevator, or other access point.

Returns caused by insufficient measurements may be handled as preference-based returns under our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Assembly and Installation

Certain BRUMELVA products may require assembly, wall mounting, installation, adjustment, or connection to other components.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, professional assembly, installation, room placement, packaging removal, and disposal are not included in the product price.

You are responsible for:

  • Reading the supplied instructions

  • Using appropriate tools

  • Following warnings and weight limitations

  • Confirming that walls, floors, and mounting surfaces are suitable

  • Keeping children and pets away from assembly areas

  • Seeking qualified assistance when necessary

BRUMELVA is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly, improper installation, unsuitable mounting surfaces, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow instructions.

Nothing in this section limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Product Availability

Products may become unavailable before or after an order is submitted.

We may:

  • Limit the number of units purchased

  • Restrict sales to certain locations

  • Discontinue a product or variation

  • Correct inventory records

  • Cancel an unavailable item

  • Offer a replacement or alternative where appropriate

If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will notify you and arrange an applicable refund for the unavailable item.

10. Personal-Use Purchases

Products sold through BRUMELVA are generally intended for personal or household use.

You may not purchase products for unauthorized commercial resale, deceptive marketplace listings, bulk redistribution, or export in violation of applicable law.

We may limit or decline orders that appear to involve:

  • Commercial reselling

  • Fraudulent payment activity

  • Promotional abuse

  • Unusually high quantities

  • Repeated purchasing through multiple accounts

  • Delivery to restricted destinations

11. Placing an Order

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order-received message confirms that we received the submission. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order may be accepted after:

  • Payment is successfully authorized

  • Product availability is confirmed

  • Order and delivery information is reviewed

  • Fraud and security checks are completed

  • We issue confirmation or begin fulfillment

We reserve the right to decline, limit, correct, or cancel an order before shipment when reasonably necessary.

12. Reasons an Order May Be Declined

An order may be declined or cancelled because of:

  • Product unavailability

  • A pricing or listing error

  • Incomplete customer information

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Purchase-limit violations

  • Duplicate or abnormal transactions

  • An inability to verify the order

  • A violation of these Terms

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

13. Order Accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing your order before checkout.

Please confirm:

  • Product name and variation

  • Color and finish

  • Dimensions

  • Quantity

  • Billing information

  • Delivery address

  • Apartment or unit number

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

BRUMELVA cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing.

14. Cancellations and Order Changes

Requests to cancel an order or change its delivery information should be sent promptly to:

service@ibnna.shop

Please include your order number and the requested change.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but a request is not approved until confirmed by BRUMELVA in writing.

An order may no longer be changeable after it has been packed, transferred to a fulfillment location, assigned to a carrier, or dispatched.

Additional cancellation conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

15. Prices and Currency

Unless another currency is clearly displayed during checkout, all prices and transactions are stated in United States Dollars (USD).

Prices may change without advance notice.

The price applicable to an accepted order will generally be the price displayed during checkout, subject to correction of clear or obvious errors.

Unless stated otherwise, advertised product prices do not include:

  • Shipping charges

  • Sales or use taxes

  • Import duties

  • Customs charges

  • Brokerage fees

  • Currency-conversion costs

  • Bank or payment-provider fees

The final amount presented before payment will include charges collected by BRUMELVA for that transaction.

16. Pricing and Listing Errors

The Website may occasionally contain an incorrect price, description, discount, availability status, shipping charge, or other mistake.

We may correct errors when discovered.

If an error materially affects an order, we may:

  • Contact you for confirmation

  • Offer the correct product or price

  • Cancel the affected item

  • Issue an applicable refund

We are not required to honor a price that is obviously incorrect where doing so would be unreasonable or unlawful.

17. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, bundles, discount codes, gifts, and limited-time offers may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Codes cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Only one code may be used per order

  • Discounts apply only to qualifying products

  • Promotions cannot be applied retroactively

  • Offers may be limited by time, quantity, location, or customer

  • Cancelled or returned items may affect promotional eligibility

We may cancel or restrict a promotion when it is used fraudulently, contrary to its stated conditions, or because of a technical error.

18. Payment Authorization

Available payment methods appear during checkout and may vary by location, device, transaction value, or payment provider.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • The information supplied is accurate

  • You authorize the disclosed charges

  • The transaction is not fraudulent or unlawful

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers.

BRUMELVA does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.

Additional information is available on our Payment Options page.

19. Payment Reviews and Holds

Some transactions may require additional identity, billing, or fraud-prevention review.

We may delay fulfillment while a payment is reviewed.

A bank or payment provider may display a temporary authorization even when an order has not been accepted. The timing for releasing such a hold is controlled by the financial institution.

We may cancel an order when payment cannot be verified or authorized.

20. Taxes, Duties, and International Charges

Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other government and carrier charges not collected during checkout.

International shipments may be delivered under unpaid-duty terms unless otherwise stated.

Customs authorities may delay a shipment or require payment or information from the recipient.

BRUMELVA does not control customs decisions or local import requirements.

21. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, delivery estimates, tracking, split shipments, international shipping, damaged packages, and lost shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

Orders may be shipped from different warehouses or fulfillment partners. Products included in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Furniture and oversized products may be delivered through a freight or specialized carrier.

22. Delivery Appointments

A carrier may contact you to schedule an oversized delivery.

You are responsible for providing a working telephone number and being available during the confirmed delivery window.

Unless expressly included, delivery may not cover:

  • Carrying the item into a particular room

  • Climbing stairs

  • Assembly

  • Installation

  • Packaging removal

  • Disposal of existing furniture

Missed appointments, refused deliveries, access restrictions, or inaccurate contact information may result in additional fees where permitted by law.

23. Inspection at Delivery

Please inspect the package and product promptly.

When possible, record visible package damage with the carrier before accepting an oversized delivery.

Keep the outer packaging, shipping label, protective materials, and all components until you confirm that the product is complete and undamaged.

Damage and incorrect-item claims should be submitted according to the time and evidence requirements in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

24. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and legal ownership will transfer in accordance with the law applicable to the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory law.

Where applicable, BRUMELVA will assist with carrier claims for packages confirmed lost or damaged during transportation.

25. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, return costs, non-returnable products, inspections, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Products must not be mailed to our business contact address unless our customer service team has provided written authorization and confirmed the correct return destination.

Furniture may need to be returned to a separate warehouse, supplier facility, or freight terminal.

26. Intellectual Property

The Website and its contents are owned by or licensed to BRUMELVA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Protected content may include:

  • Brand names and trademarks

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access the Website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • Republish substantial Website content

28. BRUMELVA Trademarks

The BRUMELVA™ name, associated logos, slogans, product identifiers, and visual branding are trademarks or claimed trademarks of BRUMELVA or its licensors.

You may not use these marks in:

  • Domain names

  • Marketplace seller names

Written authorization is required for commercial trademark use.

Other trademarks appearing on the Website belong to their respective owners.

29. Customer Reviews and Submissions

You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, suggestions, questions, ideas, or other materials.

By submitting content, you grant BRUMELVA a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free right to host, reproduce, edit, format, translate, publish, distribute, display, and use the submission for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

We may moderate, reject, edit, or remove submissions, but we are not required to monitor every submission.

30. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

  • Break any law or regulation

  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights

  • Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate another person

  • Upload viruses or harmful code

  • Send spam or unauthorized advertising

  • Submit false payment or delivery information

  • Abuse promotions, refunds, chargebacks, or support procedures

  • Purchase using stolen or unauthorized credentials

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict access when reasonably necessary.

31. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links, embedded content, payment services, applications, or features supplied by independent third parties.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

BRUMELVA does not control and does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, security, products, or practices of independent websites.

You access third-party services at your own discretion.

32. Ecommerce Platform

The Store may use Shopify or another ecommerce provider for hosting, checkout, account tools, payments, analytics, or related technical services.

Purchases from the BRUMELVA Store are transactions between you and BRUMELVA unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

The platform provider is not the seller of BRUMELVA products and is not responsible for our product selection, fulfillment, delivery, returns, or customer-service decisions.

Platform providers may process information as explained in their own privacy documentation and our Privacy Policy.

33. Privacy

Our collection, processing, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Information may be disclosed to service providers that assist with:

  • Website hosting

  • Payments

  • Fraud prevention

  • Order fulfillment

  • Shipping

  • Analytics

  • Marketing

  • Customer support

  • Returns

Some providers may process information outside your country of residence.

34. Optional Tools

We may provide access to tools or integrations operated by third parties.

Such tools may be made available on an “as available” basis and may be changed or discontinued.

Before using an optional service, review the provider’s terms and determine whether it is appropriate for your needs.

35. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Website accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Access may be affected by:

  • Maintenance

  • Technical problems

  • Cybersecurity incidents

  • Service-provider outages

  • Internet interruptions

  • Events outside our reasonable control

We may temporarily suspend features to maintain security, comply with law, or make technical changes.

36. General Product Information

Website content is provided for general shopping and informational purposes.

Furniture-care guidance, assembly suggestions, room-design information, and other general content are not a substitute for professional construction, engineering, electrical, medical, accessibility, or safety advice.

You are responsible for obtaining qualified advice where your circumstances require it.

37. Product Warranties

A product may include a separate written manufacturer or BRUMELVA warranty.

When a specific warranty applies, its written terms will describe:

  • Coverage

  • Duration

  • Exclusions

  • Claim requirements

  • Available remedies

General statements on the Website do not create an additional warranty unless expressly identified as a warranty.

Nothing in these Terms limits any implied warranty or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

38. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the Website and general Website content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Except for express written warranties and mandatory legal rights, we do not guarantee that:

  • The Website will always be uninterrupted

  • Every error will be corrected immediately

  • Every product will satisfy subjective preferences

  • Website content will always remain unchanged

  • Every device or browser will support every feature

Any disclaimer in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.

39. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRUMELVA and its affiliates, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or purchase of a product.

This may include loss of data, revenue, profit, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the maximum extent legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or another obligation that cannot legally be limited.

40. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to protect and reimburse BRUMELVA for reasonable third-party claims, losses, and costs resulting from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Services

  • A material violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of another person’s rights

  • Content submitted without the required permission

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by BRUMELVA’s unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach.

41. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

BRUMELVA is not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Examples may include:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Transportation shutdowns

  • Labor disputes

  • Government restrictions

  • Customs actions

  • Supply-chain interruption

  • War or civil disorder

  • Public-health emergencies

  • Cyberattacks

  • Telecommunications failures

  • Utility outages

We will make reasonable efforts to reduce disruption and resume affected Services when practical.

42. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to:

  • Enforce these Terms

  • Prevent fraud

  • Address a security threat

  • Protect another person’s rights

  • Comply with law

  • Discontinue the Services

Termination does not remove valid payment or other obligations incurred before termination.

Provisions that logically should continue—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.

43. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of New York, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Subject to any non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes may be submitted to courts having lawful jurisdiction over BRUMELVA’s business location.

This section does not remove a consumer protection that cannot legally be waived.

44. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining Terms will continue in effect.

45. No Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Any waiver must be clearly provided in writing by an authorized representative.

46. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

BRUMELVA may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or lawful service-provider arrangement.

Any assignment remains subject to applicable consumer law.

47. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and notices incorporated into them, form the agreement governing use of the Store.

Related policies may include:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Shipping Policy

  • Return and Refund Policy

  • Payment Options

  • Your Privacy Choices

  • Product-specific warranty terms

  • Promotion-specific conditions

If a product page or transaction contains specific terms, those terms will control for that product or transaction to the extent of any direct conflict.

48. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when our business practices, Services, technology, or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Where required, we will provide additional notice of a material change.

Changes generally apply from the stated effective date and do not retroactively alter an accepted order unless agreed by the customer or permitted by law.

49. Headings

Section headings are included for convenience and readability only. They do not change the interpretation of these Terms.
